This is the reason that I feel like Yoshi P is being dishonest when he cites player consensus as reason for job changes. That simply can't be true, or if it is, he either isn't implementing the solutions correctly or multiple subgroups are responding negatively to the consensus changes they asked for. I think what's most likely is that the "silent majority" is just a widely diverse group of play testers, including gamers who may not even play XIV with any great frequency. But that's just my speculation. We can't really know so indeed, it's pointless to indulge. We have to act based on what we know now and what we can control now.
