I mean unless the Japanese forum is in agreement with you all then I doubt much will change. I don’t play healer anymore and haven’t for a while but I do understand the issues and concerns. But I really don’t think the forum is as big a voice as it once was so I think it will fall on deaf ears.

You can read a JP players thoughts just in the very same thread, though I know it's draining to read every post in here.
Tonaka-san did a great job, honestly. It was a very interesting read!
And ofcourse there is a JP thread in the JP section, which would require an auto translator to follow their discussion.
