The constant removal of any and all things that require any sort of brainpower on healers is exactly why the healer quality is so low.

They can't just design something that you can pick up and master in 30 minutes and expect people to stick with it long-term.

It's very likely that the only people who actually enjoy healing are the people who struggle with it. The moment anyone masters healing, they'll immediately see how unfulfilling the role is.
