My IRL husband quit playing all together due to bullying by parsers in 2.0 casual content. So just because YOU haven't experienced the bad side of things doesn't mean it doesn't happen or exist.
You're aware that the ToS got updated many times in the past and you can basically report anyone for a single comment? I don't think your past experience should limit the creativity of job engagements.
Also, why are we comparing healer situation with parsers? Comparing apples with pears much?
