How often does this actually happen? I keep hearing about healers pulling and I have not seen it once in over 2 years of nearly daily roulettes.I'm going on a tank strike cuz I am sick of all the healers coming into dungeons and pulling all the mobs way ahead of me and the griefing because the tank isn't moving fast enough for them
The players in this game have got me so close to quitting that I dread doing anything that isn't with my friends. No one has any patients anymore and just wanna speed run the whole game and I'm quite frankly sick of it

Don't see it for healers but as a DPS I do it all the time.
Adds slight engagement to everyone, I have to kite the mobs into the tank aoe and use I'm Def CDs in normal content. Healer has to heal something that can't self heal to max hp in seconds and the tank has to manage aggro for a split second.

Because there's really nothing else remaining to watch out for in dungeons, everything are streamlined for the sake of "ease of duty clearing". Take away all the nuances, suddenly everybody realizes finishing the dungeon faster is the only thing that remains/that can be work on for. Can you really blame people not wanting to purposely run these dungeons slower, especially when SE also implemented trust system to accommodate these players who prefer to go by their own pace? SE played a part in fostering this environment whether they will it or not.I'm going on a tank strike cuz I am sick of all the healers coming into dungeons and pulling all the mobs way ahead of me and the griefing because the tank isn't moving fast enough for them

"Outside obvious jokes/sarcasm, I aim to convey my words to the future readers who may come across mine posts. Can I change -your- mind, somehow? Potentially... but that's not why I'm writing. You and I have wrote our piece(s). We don't necessarily need to change each other's mind. But we can change other's."

I’ve noticed that the average quality of healer I see in roulettes and pug groups is… lower then usual.

the High End content has been cleared within 9 hours, now the real race to see who can clear it first without Healers can begin.

I've seen that too. Depending of the case, it's healer struggling with the raise in difficulty, or more rarely, healers that refuse to stop playing like they did previously, and refuse to use GCD to heal once in a while. With those, making one small error nearly always mean death, especially if you have no self healing (well if you're a caster). Hyper potion have become useless, 11k life is like 10%, when they were introduced they were 25% of your life.
Honestly, if I welcomed the raise in difficulty in endgame content a month ago, I'm slowly getting annoyed by it, since it makes obvious how the average player is bad at the game (and I mean that in a general sense, it's not targeted to healers). And that's coming from someone who is very mid at it.

I still enjoy the increase in difficulty. It's a little frustrating on DPS when the healer thinks I can survive a raidwide at 30% HP as a squishy, but it is what it is.I've seen that too. I feel more appreciated as a "babysitting healer" that keeps dps at 90% lately, which is nice.
Hopefully people realize then can't always zone out and Glare and the playerbase adjusts.
I do not generally follow the races but how does the 9 hours compare to other first tier clears? For whatever reason I feel as if they generally get cleared within 12 hours.

My headcanon is that the only people playing healers are people who are either in it for a free ride or can’t handle a more complicated job.I still enjoy the increase in difficulty.
