I'll still play healer during launch. DPS queues will be miserable with or without a healer "strike"

Seems incredibly petty and selfish to make the enjoyment of other players playing other roles be affected during the launch of an Expansion.

You're doing the wrong thing for the right reasons. And I applaud everyone who isn't going to take part on this petty immature strike.

Is it petty and immature when damage dealers don't switch to a healer when that role is needed for roulettes? If a friend told you he was changing from Ninja because he didn't enjoy playing it anymore, would you call them selfish and insist they stay on as a Ninja? Everyone is allowed to play whatever every class/job/role they want.

No one has to queue up as a healer. Period.

Yoshi p saw the healer Strike and decided to Nuke the game, because it is causing Loss in Profit.

(Profit equals income minus costing)

When loss in profit becomes too Negative, then the game Servers need to shut Down.

So congratulations, your Complaining and Crying has shut down FF14.

I think healers are fine just the way they are, just play a different class if you don't want to press one button and have alot of ways to heal and mitigate. It's okay to get bored with a role.
I'm switching to magic dps because I want to take a break from healing to use painter. I'll just use healer whenever I feel like healing again, to assist someone, or for fast queue times. Don't expect to some grandiose dpsing as a healer, your job is to heal and keep people alive, damage is secondary. Dungeons are fodder for every role.

Where is this damage that I have to heal? Certainly did not find it in ultimate. It is all broil spam except for the occasional heal check.
