Clearly something is broken, whether it's one job, multiple jobs, encounter design, all of the above. Fix it SE.

The WAR that posted that video is in the top 1% you know that, right? and two other players are also well known content creators with multiple ultimate clears... the only name Xeems said that I didn't recognize was Todd.

They were playing poorly. Xeno himself admits it. They kept face tanking mechanics for no reason and Xeno was literally arranging his bars mid fight.
It's as if Faker was playing while drunk and blindfolded, "but he's Faker guys!".
Xeno is a good tank player, but he definitely was neither trying in that specific run nor was he in a comfortable setup to begin with (he literally starts the video complaining about no MMO mouse and his hotbars being messed up).
I mean, just check the vuln stacks they keep collecting in the bosses...
