This, I really wish people would stop looking at Expedient like it's SCH's gap closer, its a group movement mitigation buff and will always be budgeted to be used that way given how people chart their buffs along a timeline for mitigations. And knowing when and where to use a gap closer is more of a personal consideration than a group one (exceptions being when a static would like to utilize it to compliment w/e strat they're using for any given thing).
I do think gap closers on healers is a good form of homogenization because the healers w/o them now look like basically look like they lack basic survival instincts compared to the other two, despite having the more intricate and interworking kits of the 4 healers. Just seems off to me.
