    Astro movement needs improvement!

    Hello,

Given the way in which we will likely draw our cards for the DT opener. At present it is looking best to draw another set of cards for our opener. This maintains a busy feel, something I am not against. However, it means that we strongly want to use our movement tool, lightspeed, to facilitate this opener. Meaning that the astro has very little movement outside of that for mechanics.

Compared to the movement the WHM now has for instance. This could use some improvement.

So I propose something along the lines of,

Upon using astral or umbral draw gain three charges of "instant gcd giving trait name here".

Each charge from this new passive can be used to allow for an instant cast/significantly reduced cast time.

So that for those moments when we want to be busy weaving with cards and setting up heals we can do so without using our only movement tool that is lightspeed. Let us keep lightspeed for movement heavy mechanics and not leave it stuck solely to allowing proper weave time for cards.

I think something along these lines would be nice. Plenty other good feedback for astro in other threads but the movement is looking poor for ast right now.

I’m sorry but AST has lightspeed and that alone is already better than anything in any other healer’s kit. The cards don’t even need weaving, Play 1 is the DPS card and the rest you just slap on a tank with no thought because none of them are significant enough for anyone else.

AST is a mess but their movement is not a problem. Let them focus on the disgusting state of cards, since they can only fix one thing at a time with healers.
