    Please adjust the amount of MP restored by blood weapon/delirium before 7.0 launch

    At the moment (6.58) Dark Knight restores 50 blood and 3000 mp over 5 hits upon using Blood Weapon but as shown in the 7.0 media tour it only restores 30 blood and 1800 mp over 3 hits.

    The -20 blood isn't particularly impactful due to Living Shadow no longer requiring 50 blood but the -1200 mp negatively impacts Dark Knight's ability to cleanly perform 4 Edge of Shadows every minute (8 every 2 minutes) due to now generating less than 12000~ mp/minute.

    Adjusting the new Blood Weapon/Delirium button by +400 mp/hit would likely resolve this issue entirely.

    There's so many other option (-1200MP per minute is hot you right).

    Increase mana regen with Siphon Strike (600 current > into 800), increase the mana gain with Carve & Spit (600 current > into 1200), remove the Abyssal Drain CD share while leaving the spell's MP gain (600mp), or simply reduce the Shadow edge and TBN mana cost (my preferred option with removed the share cd of Abyssal Drain, but, I dont think removed the share cd is what hapn cause dev want less Ogcd).

    For the loss of gain in gauge they compensated with the shadow which becomes free, but nothing is done on the MP side, so I agree with you

    They'd have to adjust Edge/TBN to 2700 mp for a clean 4/min without adjusting MP generation because at the moment it's 10800~ mp/min and 10800/2700 = 4

    If they didn't fuck the mp generation and let the new gap closer work on allies I'd be all onboard with these changes.

    Alas they did the bare minimum. Hopefully it changes by live but so far dawntrail has set the bar at expecting bare minimums.

    Came in to add another voice to the OP's cause, making Blood Weapon generate 1000MP from hit up from 600 would rebalance MP gain back to current level. Alternatively, they could make each Bloodspiller/new combo under Delirium generate 600MP for the same effect.

    Hell, they could split up Carve and Spit and Abyssal Drain again, make AD a 30s CD, and they not only bring our mana back to current level, but also help with dungeon sustain and downtime being boring.

    Tin foil hat time, they intentionally messed up blood weapon because they were aware of how monumentally they've screwed up Drk 3 expacs in a row. They left blood weapon wrong so in about a week they will change it to give the same amount of MP and announce they've adjusted it for balance to make it look like the dev team have a clue.

    Same, I'm pretty sure under the new system you can only use TBN 3 times between burst windows before its a damage loss which sounds shitty to me.
