I don't think the implementation of the new draw system is an issue, but the card effects are very underwhelming. 3-6% damage buff to a single character, along with totally unnecessary mitigation and additional healing.

Personally I've given up on healing in FF14. After several expansions of the devs not listening, I'll just play a dps role.
