No Pictomancer crop top for male wols...?

Not sure why they wanted to go safe on the pictomancer crop top for Male counterparts by just making it a plain extended undershirt... Let them have the crop top. The extra cloth even ruins the existing silhouette design. If dudebros don't like it, there are PLENTY of other caster glams available in the game that they can wear instead. The disparity in gear differences is getting frustrating, there's no reason to make changes like this.

I expressed this in a separate thread already, but I'll gladly speak up again. It may seem trivial but it really is so grating to see that they've made such strange choices with these differences. Especially since there are many other glams (cough, WAR) that show some belly. It's so unnecessary T-T and you can also see the seam where they've extended the undershirt xD

The male version of the top looks shockingly bad, it's so obvious that the visual design was balanced around the shirt being a crop top.

If I recall correctly from previous live letters, the costume designer is a woman so I presume she spends much more time making the female outfits better. The male outfits are always an afterthought.

I doubt it's consistent across designs, since some femme designs have the same "edited as an afterthought" vibes, but there's a video about the ShB development where she's talking about the BLM artifact set where she's clearly thinking primarily of the female set from how she's talking about it.

They pushed the fem design as the picto design. All promo since the job was revealed showed the crop top version of the outfit. Hell, even when the art was of a male character, he was crouched over so the stomach wasn't visible. Can't expect people to not feel a tad misled when the masc version wasn't shown at all until just now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

They said there were going to do a lot more with hats. I wouldn't rule out being able to wear it at this point unless you're seen a pic where it isn't an option. Personally after the comments made about head gear I'm hopeful Viera will have a lot more choices.
