Job Stone Tooltips / Requirements

Please require players who queue for Level 35+ content via Duty-finder to have their Job Stone equipped.

I'm not talking people who premade through Party-Finder for funny runs like all healer, or no job runs. I'm talking generic duty-finder random party content that would show up in roulettes.

This is something that should also be implemented in the Main Story Quest from level 35 onwards. Giving a player a tooltip at level 30 that recommends their next Job quest (location etc) would also make it a more user friendly change overall.

There are several reasons why I am suggesting / requesting this;

- Better user experience for new players (they aren't stuck with a limited number of abilities), they feel the progression of power in their class and won't struggle as much with instanced MSQ content

- Better user experience overall for all players

- Less risk of the newer player experiencing frustration from other players via chat (and subsequently less work for GMs so they can focus on more problematic conflicts.)

In preparation for the anticipated argument of "You don't pay my sub" I would like to raise a counter-argument of "You don't pay mine either".
