    Yes this is a known issue separate from what those in this thread are discussing. NA players with the debit card problem HAVE heard from SQEX that the problem with Debit Cards will be fixed in July (sorry I do not remember the specific date).

    Also a possible workaround for you. If you remove all payment from your account and clear browser cache/history and cookies, then you may be successful in adding paypal or amazon pay to your store account. Buy chrysta and pay that way for game time/retainers.

    Edit: I had a similar problem with debit card. I personally solved it by putting an actual VISA on the account. I have heard of people successful with the clear all and add paypal route.

    Just asking this because I do not know for certain...are all NA timecards the same? ie are Canadian and US timecards interchangeable? If so that might be a solution for you. Pick up a timecard on amazon or somewhere put it on the account and Roll on. Only other option I can think for you is the remove payment clear everything on browser, put paypal on the account and pay with chrysta

    I'm hoping they can get this fixed soon too. I can't even complete the payment for Dawntrail either and I didn't move out of Canada at all. I didn't even move out of the province. There were some moving between town and city homes, but that's it. If that's really the issue of doubt, I highly doubt residents in Japan would stay in only one house forever either. Even the Etra-chan YouTube Comics talk about it all the time. One will move to where one can get a job ... The new location may be better for the person in appearance or economic reasons of rent. The comics also say the move can be for the children's benefit for closer proximity to a school. Plus Canada has a few slightly different letter arrangements of words compared to the US and I sometimes use the US way of expressing the word (eg. center vs. centre, color vs. colour).

    I was able to solve this with a Crysta payment a month or 2 ago before by using Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox as the browser of choice, but that doesn't work either now. I have NoScript on Firefox and I sometimes can't unblock everything for some odd reason.

    That is a good question, you'd have to find someone who actually tried it. AFAIK they are the same because usually the retailer can't activate 900 different time cards, it's just one service.

    I managed to get the Dawntrail payment in now. This time, I just used Microsoft Edge first instead of Firefox after getting off work 8 hours later. Whether that was what made it work or not, I am not sure. There are some URLs that need to be unblocked for the payment and info exchange to happen, so it may be best to make sure the plug-ins are not in the way.

    I'm an ex-NA person still with an NA Account, and the payment possibilities have changed with the last few expansions. Currently I can buy the NA version from the NA SE Store using an AU Credit Card (which I also use to pay for my Legacy subscription). That wasn't the case last expansion though, and who knows what it will be the next expansion...

    I doubt SE is going to address this issue. I live in Canada. When I created my account, I listed my region as NA and my country as Canada. I pre-ordered DT a month ago, and now my country is listed as US instead of Canada...yet my province is still listed as Ontario, my city is still correct, my address is still correct, and my postal code is correct. So I cannot verify my address at all to re-new my sub or make purchases. I reached out to support and was given the same copy/paste response that I have seen others receive for the visa/debit card issue. It's like they refused to even acknowledge what I was talking about. I would try to explain it to them, and they would just pass me off to someone else, and I'd have to explain everything all over again, only to have them tell me the same thing the last person told me. This happened 4 or 5 times before I just gave up.
