I doubt SE is going to address this issue. I live in Canada. When I created my account, I listed my region as NA and my country as Canada. I pre-ordered DT a month ago, and now my country is listed as US instead of Canada...yet my province is still listed as Ontario, my city is still correct, my address is still correct, and my postal code is correct. So I cannot verify my address at all to re-new my sub or make purchases. I reached out to support and was given the same copy/paste response that I have seen others receive for the visa/debit card issue. It's like they refused to even acknowledge what I was talking about. I would try to explain it to them, and they would just pass me off to someone else, and I'd have to explain everything all over again, only to have them tell me the same thing the last person told me. This happened 4 or 5 times before I just gave up.
