4 days until DT release and still not even an acknowledgment of this issue. Despite how archaic their website is, at least it allowed you to pay for the game if you moved up until 2 months ago. I still can’t believe that they would just tell you to start over, especially with how much they lean into the idea of our WoL becoming a part of us in a way. You’d think at least YoshiP would have something to say, unless he’s hamstrung by corporate red tape since this is a financial sector thing.

I doubt he has anything to do with the payment systems at all. Likely entirely outside his jurisdiction there.
That doesn't mean he wouldn't know who to ask though.

Just asking this because I do not know for certain...are all NA timecards the same? ie are Canadian and US timecards interchangeable? If so that might be a solution for you. Pick up a timecard on amazon or somewhere put it on the account and Roll on. Only other option I can think for you is the remove payment clear everything on browser, put paypal on the account and pay with chrysta

That is a good question, you'd have to find someone who actually tried it. AFAIK they are the same because usually the retailer can't activate 900 different time cards, it's just one service.

Yeah, completely not his fault or something he has oversight of but he's one of the few people that can apply pressure in the right places to get it fixed, I would think.
