    That isn't my situation.
    I am still resident in the region of which my account is tied, I have just moved to a neighbouring country.

    If they consider the 'country of registration' a "historical fact" and my current residence does not affect this for data amendment purposes, then the logic also follows for my current residence being an issue with ToS. (I also don't think they have moving country against ToS.. that would be bonkers)

    Anyway, I would never bring personal litigation against such a large company. If my rights have not been appropriately observed under data protection laws, then it is for the data protection body in my country to try and rectify the situation, if I am unable to come to an agreement with the company myself. If they would decide to take the matter further, that would be at their discretion, not mine.
