Baneful Impaction being locked behind a 2-minute cooldown should be changed

SCH is glaringly far behind the healers in terms of rotational damage variety. 1 ST. 1 oGCD to weave. 1 DOT. 1 AOE. That’s just four buttons. At level 90. And then there’s Ruin II which isn’t a rotational DPS button but a movement and weaving tool. Giving SCH a DOT to press once very 2-minutes—no Bane, no Shadowflare, no Miasma II—while giving SGE, who is already so much the carbon copy of SCH more of SCH’s kit by granting them the lower cooldown DOTs that SCH has been asking for for 4 years—just seems really passive aggressive and spiteful to me, but I may just be reading too much into it.

It just presents itself in a way as if someone said “They didn’t immediately like Expedient, so distract them with the flashiest capstone this time while we give what they asked for to some other healer. That’ll show those foul ungratefuls.”

SCH is the worst healer for uninspired DPS. Faerie management and button bloat are not excuses for this especially after the little pet AI upgrades and the expected merged button implementations.

At minimum Baneful Impaction should be usable with no cooldown, but gets buffed during chain to be a gain in single target.
