Hello, I feel too many people in the community look at certain Jobs in a bad light or expect the worste from them out of experience but is it really the job or the player behind the job? I main Sam and kinda reaper, they are very similarl but I actually use my role actions and know what they are and what they do. I also time my lengthy cooldowns for opportune moments in fights for maximum dps. I started in storm blood and as much as I understand the argument classes like SAM and RPR are inherently easy to play, are they? There's so much more you can contribute to aoe dps with Sam by using gaeishi for another application of higan on a high hp target. I think people should look at player quality vs job and the outcome in even a roulette dungeon will be very noticeable. Why am I making this thread? Because general concensus influences a lot of people and over the years I've read so much crap garbage about how for example white mage is a braindead healer etc. It's very noticeable in content who understands their class and who doesn't so stop with the generalizations.
