Besides, I think gathering shouldn't ever be interrupted. Trying to claim a mob, the art of claiming has a counter measure. /yes!

i agree with a lot of people if they put in duels, they have to have a ignore duel option

No, as I stated I am not for open world PvP. I think it should be Arena only because of the nature in which they are doing PvP. However, if they decide to make PvP open world you won't see a single gripe from me.
IMO there is no reason to showboat your E-Peen in the middle of Ul'dah and it makes no sense lore wise.
If you want people to be able to watch your fights in the Arena however, that is perfectly ok.
