If the benchmark is able to run without using existing character data there may issues with regards to the character data. Please try the following:

- Run the benchmark as an admin
- If you are using the Windows OS, please note their cloud service 'OneDrive' may be running in the background. This program will try to sync up various files on your system and can cause communication issues. Please check and try disabling this program when attempting to run the benchmark.
- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card and sound drivers (if applicable).
- Please try lowering the resolution.
- Please be sure to disable or remove any overlays (Discord, Steam, NVIDIA etc.) as they may interfere with startup.
- Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything.
