Thread: DONT REMOVE STUFF MAKE IT OPTIONABLE - Benchmark

So when the first benchmark came out i was actually very excited. It seemed like everyone hated everything about it but i was super happy that square finally gave Keeper of the moon good lashes.
I have been wanting this for a long time. For some reason Seeker of the sun has thicker lashes than Keeper, and in the benchmark they fixed that and gave them both thick and pretty lashes.
I loooooooooved this. Lashes actually make a huge difference in someones face, and i love long lashes.

I saw some people saying that they hated the "huge fake lashes" that were put on their miqote, and that made me a bit scared they would remove them. And now? They are removed. Atleast toned down.
Im genuinely a bit sad about this. Why cant they just make the thicker lashes an option? So that everyone gets their way?? instead of changing them???
I totally understand that not everyone liked the new lashes, and thats okay, but I did. So therefore, make them OPTIONABLE. SQUARE WHY. There are already so little options in this game.

I just want more options on makeup and lashes. Its insane that they cant provide something like this for us. I feel like we get breadcrumbs.

Another thing im sad about is that they changed eyeshape 3 a lot. That used to be a pretty cat-eye vibe, now its just... idk. Not as pretty anymore atleast. All the eyeshapes look very similar now.
Just add another eyeshape if that one bothered you square!! but please dont change my fav eyeshape to not have the features that made it pretty

People also complained about "waxy skin" but i thought it was really pretty, like the glass skin trend thats everywhere in japan and korea. I loved that also and now its gone too. Again, skin glow could be an option for those who like that.

So yeah im a bit dissapointed. That was my rant.
I hope people show their support so that a change can be made with getting more options for everyone instead of just narrowing down our choices.

Every little nitpick everyone has? This is not nitpicking. Giving us cute lashes then removing them is stupid and they are bound to get reactions from it. Just let them stay and make them an option. And same with eyeshape 3, they destroyed the whole premise of that eyeshape. It was the only one that had an cat-eye like shape (atleast on face 1 and 3, dont remember the other faces) and now thats gone.
