Benchmark Feedback: Black hair is gray!

This is slightly more noticable on some races/genders and hairstyles but here's some examples to show just how gray it really is. I believe it's the worst on female viera, male Viera are rather gray as well but a little darker. Other races I checked are darker than both M and F viera, and much closer to what they should be.
    In order left to right:
Current, and bench. Third is gray in current and it's almost the same color as the benches "black."

I thought this at first too, but then I went in and turned down my gamma in the benchmark again (I forgot that it reset when I downloaded the new one), and now its back to being truly black. The added shine it has now gives it some 'grey' look in certain light on highlighted parts, but that's just shine.

In some lighting my hair looks blue.

as one user said, it's probably just your gamma values.

My settings are identical to my current FF, and if my gamma is too low it kills my eyes. If shine is the reason, they should lower how strong it is or something then. It also didn't look any darker in shadows where shine shouldn't effect it as much. It was a -little- darker in the normal character creation screen (the blue hydaelyn one.) But even then it wasn't -black- and on other races the hair is darker.

Edit: Also my gamma is at 50, which I'm pretty sure is normal values? I don't think I've ever changed it. Nor has my monitor been adjusted. to be higher.

Second edit: This is with my gamma all the way set to 0 which is killing my eyes and its still not as black as the original (and my normal FF also has gamma set to 50.)

I had to bump my hair color up 1 spot for the colors to be close to what they were.

It's not just hair, if you pay attention to the eyes, the pupil is lighter because of the shine as well... heck everything is brighter!
