My most audacious want: More Rewards For Comms

Yes, it is an audacious want. I want more than a reward for 3k rewards. Make something for 5k. 10k. 20k. Make people want to work for them, even if there are cheaters to the system or those who never run without a pre-made group. Getting people to give comms feels like enough of an outrageous want that it would be impressive to earn. I'm sure there are drawabacks and counter arguments... but I still want it. Reward mounts, minions, or glam-gear for making people like you.

Even worse, as much as more rewards would be cool, people try to farm them enough as it is. The "hello/tyfp!" macros, forced flirting with people, emoting at the exit when there's no loot to get but there are other people still in the duty... it's annoying.

I think it would be nice I do not really team up a lot these days though. I also never say Hello and Goodbye for them, I am from FFXI it is just polite and I have always greeted and bid farewell long before comms where a thing and it is just the way I am probably my age lol. I like to greet my fellow players and thank them. I am more concerned with people cheating the system but not even sure how that works.

Some people already beg in DF to get coms for that plastic crown or farm guildhests for them.

If I'd see someone with 20k coms, I'd be running very fast, very far away

As an OG, I have about 5-6k on normal playstyle and omni job playstyle. I've been speedrunning out of dungeons lately for players that might want to work towards being an upcoming mentor.

Trying to put myself in the shoes of a sprout seeing a mount they think is cool locked behind "Leaving a Better Impression XX" in the achievement log, requiring a cool 400 full twenty-four hour days of duties... if you're lucky.

yeah, that too. I make a point to rarely comm the tank/healers bc you dont deserve a comm just because of your role choice
