network adapter disabled...

sometime's when i'm playing ffxiv i completly lose my internet connection in order to fix i have to reset my system and and run a trouble shooter for my connection it tell's me my network adapter is disabled and i have to re enable it. if i run the troubleshooter without reseting the system it's unable to re enable it. this only ever happen's with ffxiv does anyone have any idea what could be causeing it or how i might fix it?

I'm assuming this is a laptop? Should probably send it to manufacturer for repairs.

Or plug in Ethernet and play.

this is my desktop and it is my ethernet connection.

I get the same exact thing and I'm on laptop..however only difference is, when I'm playing Xbox. When the Xbox is connected on the same network as laptop, the instant I turn off the Xbox, my Internet connection goes to poop as explained above. I've always had ffxiv open when I played Xbox and turned it off, but I don't think I've tested it with the game not running. I will make sure to do that, but it has happened when the game was up. OP have u shut anything down, Xbox, etc the could've caused the same issue as I explained?

i don't use any console's or such while running ffxiv so i don't think that could be it.
