Get item back from suspended retainer

Hello !
for personal and work reasons i had to cancel my subscription to the prenium app,
I knew I was going to lose a retainer, so I tried to find out which one I was going to lose, but I couldn't find out which retainer came from which sub, seems like it's impossible to know ?
I emptied as many retainers as I could, praying that it would be a vacuum that left, but it didn't, so I ended up with a blocked retainer with items inside (currency and leveling gear for my viper)

is it possible to either :
- retrieve the items inside and transfer them either to me or to another retainer?
- transfer the entire retainer to a retainer with an active subscription (I have 7 retainers in sub + the 2 free ones)

Or I Absolutely have to pay 1 monthly sub to the prenium app, empty the retainer, and cancel the subscription.
