Time Cards and Retainers

If you (FF14 team) are in no hurry to fix payment issues (July is inexcusable) and will force many players to use time cards. The players with extra retainers or the app should not lose those functions on account of your companies failure.

use crysta then? You can pay for it via paypal or amazon pay, and it will cover retainers assuming you buy enough to cover it. Just make sure the crysta is there ahead of time before your sub due date. Addresses don't even have to match when you do it that way.
By the by, its likely not even SE that is making it a wait to July. I'm sure they would LOVE to sort this before DT. It's quite likely Visa making a delay as always.

It's not just visa. It is their new third party payment processing team. And buying crysta would be all well and good, but they error blocked a bunch of people, so they cannot even buy that with work arounds because they get error coded.

I can't even purchase more retainers. Every time I do, it just goes back to the page where you select how many additional retainers you want. Every time! Mogstation is so broken it ain't funny.

How has this problem not been fixed. I am also having issues with being unable to get additional retainers and my Inventory is pretty much maxed out.

same thing and i don't even have a option to use crysta.

I found a reddit post that said to unregister your payment card and re-add the card. This worked for me. However, some people say that this does not work for debit cards.
