Error 2002 last 3 hours..

Got kicked from game and when I try to log back in I keep getting Error 2002. It's been 3 hours now. Is anyone else having this problem? This is happening on PS5 and PC and only on the North American Data Center, all others data centers work. My sub expires soon, would like to know if this will be fixed or not so I can cancel if not. My connection is fine and ive tried resetting my router.

Still can’t login 8 hours later, seems to be a problem mainly for those in the NW ..

Finally got back in 12 hours later,not sure what the problem was. Hopefully I don’t get the same problem tomorrow.

I am glad that are you are no longer experiencing this connection issue. As you mentioned it was related to connecting to North American Data centers, recent posts on the Official Lodestone may be related to the connectivity issue you encountered:
