    Have not received full version code

    Over 4 hours ago i purchased the full download threw Square Enix with all the current DLC's for myself and i have yet to receive my code. I have gotten 2 emails 'Service Account Registration Notification" email and 'FFXIV Notification: Purchase Complete' email. Which i had received back to back with in a min of buying. I'm not sure how long its suppose to take but i wouldn't think it would have taken over an hour to send out a code after the purchase has completed.

    If you purchased the Complete Edition, it should show on your SE account order page with a game key to register. I don't know that they will actually email it to you, I think it's just posted to your account.

    When i go to log in it doesn't download anything new for the DLC's and such though and still has the option to upgrade. I'm try again later cause a friend said it should ask me to accept the agreement then install and if it doesn't i might need a Code so since i don't need it maybe it has to do with my end. Right now my net is kind of slow so maybe after peak hours it will load up and if not after 24H mark ill try contacting them.

    Are you playing FFXIV through Steam or through the standalone launcher? If you bought it through the SE store, you need to register the code on the Mogstation in your account.

As the account in question is North American in region, we advise to contact the North American Support Center for further assistance in clarifying the status of the licenses on the account.
