Current Homeworld Not Showing Up in Homeworld Transfer Page

I'm trying to transfer a character of mine who is currently in Aegis [Elemental] to an NA World. However, after I pick the World that I want to transfer to, I can't find Aegis on the list of my current Home Worlds. Instead of Aegis, I can only choose Sophia from the Oceanic data center, where an alt I haven't touched in a year is residing in. I also have what should be valid alts in Gugnir [Elemental] and Ramuh [Meteor], but they don't show up in the current Home World drop down either.

Any help would be appreciated, I would hate to lose all the progress I've had on my main by starting over.
