There are some sources for instability: Intel Raptor Lake CPUs, overclocked memory controllers (XMP, EXPO, DOCP), factory overclocked GPUs, too weak PSUs or simply hardware failures etc.
Cheers

You have a way of saying things that don't mean anything at all. I mean If I would have said hey you have a computer so anything in your computer could be wrong that would be the same thing as what you just posted.
Also it is both the 13th and 14th gen i9 (and some i7) intel cpus not just raptor lake, gotta put the refresh in there too. Couldn't even say nothing without having to be corrected.

You're providing very little information, and it's very hard to try to help without all the specs of the computer or without knowing if you guys are doing things like trying to run 4K textures on a 5 year old 1080p GPU
Also, don't be rude to the people trying to help here. Nobody owes you anything, everyone's just trying to help.
Here I'll just post this and it will be just as useful as the last post I quoted
If you can provide the specs of their PCs, that would greatly help.
Does the game crash with a blackscreen, does the PC freeze during that time, etc...
We need more info to be able to point you in the right direction.
