It's the drop down filter that says "Show All". You can swap it to only show gear for a specific job.I will keep an eye out for this as I havent noticed it either and im a legacy player who only plays off and on so I don't know everything but this game certainly needs a lot of QoL improvements from buying/selling/glamour to inventory management, and nobody should be against systems being put in place to make things abit more informative/easier to use.

Why should the devs implement a system for people who couldn't spend a few extra seconds to pay attention? I've made the same mistake and you know what I did? I learned from my mistake. I got the currency back and got the proper piece I needed.Aaaaaand there it is, there's always at least one person like this that defends bad systems, good job here's a cookie SE still don't care about you.
OP is asking a QoL featture that would benefit EVERYONE there should not be one person having an issue with this and instead supporting it.
I didn't take to some forum to whine about my mess up. Takes but a moment to read not only the name of the item but read its tooltip where it legit tells you what jobs it's for.

I need to know any mmo this is implemented in that's a mainstream one. I don't even think WoW has this at all either.
Also I'm laughing a bit because I realized a small correlation between not being able to pay attention to a simple gear purchase and paying attention during content runs to mechanics.
That is farfetched but amusing to think about.![]()
If you've ever hit CTRL+Z in your life, your statement reeks of hypocrisy. Standard UI design in the modern era is for destructive actions to have Undo capabilities. And to your other comment, WoW has had it for years. It's a win-win for the devs in terms of ticket reduction as well. Why should the devs implement a system for people who couldn't spend a few extra seconds to pay attention? I've done it too and farmed the currency again and got the correct item. That doesn't mean it's not a decent QoL that could help people in the future. Why should the devs implement a system for people who couldn't spend a few extra seconds to pay attention? I also do Savage but apparently in your world you can't do that and mess up and buy the wrong thing sometimes.

Since the game has launched I can't remember a single time where I mis-purchased an item because I DO pay attention. It's certainly possible and within the players' control to avoid this issue. That doesn't mean I have to disagree with a simple QoL change to have items be temporarily refundable.
In my original response, I just gave a solution to help avoid making a wrong purchase, because somehow there are players who haven't noticed that there even IS a job filter on the menu.

It's easy to use now. How much more hyper casual do you folks want this game? Need them to hold your hands too while you do a savage run?I will keep an eye out for this as I havent noticed it either and im a legacy player who only plays off and on so I don't know everything but this game certainly needs a lot of QoL improvements from buying/selling/glamour to inventory management, and nobody should be against systems being put in place to make things abit more informative/easier to use.
LOL jokes on you mr angry pants I don't do Savage but I love how you compare a buyback feature to carries through hard content... jesus hyperbolic much.. go touch some grass please.
All I can really say in my defence apart from the Aiming accessories mistake was the fact I had my 2 cats swarming on me looking for attention and not taking no for an answer. So I was a bit distracted and might otherwise have checked myself from making the wrong purchase in the 1st place.
I just thought that I couldn't be the only person who'd had the problem.
