[Suggestion] Increase of the number of bicolor gemstones obtained from Fates

Introduced in Shadowbringers and allowing to obtain rewards by giving a reason to do fates on top of helping players who are leveling, this new system seems well made. However, if the initial purpose of finishing 60 fates per area and so a total of 360 per expansion is already long enough, the number of bicolor gemstones obtained as reward (14) is far too insufficient.

We're at the dawn of the release of Dawntrail and i'm still personally farming gemstones for Shadowbringers rewards whereas i'm in my last 30 fates before finishing the last area of Endwalker.. Rewards we can get requiring an important amount of gemstones forces us to farm fates far more than what's needed to finish areas, which makes the process tedious and laborious.

Now let's talk about the Forsworn Maiden which, if she is useful to double the amount of xp we get at the end of a fate, becomes useless if we have maxed all our jobs already. Why losing time trying to kill her after all if she doesn't give us anything anymore.

I would like to suggest the following changes :
    - Fates still gives 14 gemstones then 28 once the 60 fates are done and an area is "completed".
    - Killing a Forsworn Maiden now also double the number of gemstones received, thus giving 28 gemstones at first at the end of a fate and 56 once we have completed an area.
Double the gemstones obtained once an area is completed not only would give us another reason to farm fates in areas we finished already but would also give us a feeling of accomplishment. If farming 60 fates was long for sure, now we get way more gemstones, making it so much easier to farm gemstones faster so we can get all the different rewards. We would then see it as some sort of instant reward since we completed an area, at least definitely more than just unlocking rewards for us to get. (because... it's cool to unlock rewards to get but if we need to be jobless and endlessly farm the same content to get them it's not that great... after all we bothered completing 60 fates just to realize we will have to farm even more fates, that's not what i would call a reward...)

I can understand that for an online game like FFXIV it's important to have content to keep us busy but we already have enough content to farm to spend our life in fates and let's not talk about that mount which requires, alone, 50 000 bicolor gemstones so around 3571 fates..

If you share my thoughts, please hit that "Like" button attached to this post and please don't hesitate to comment, share your thoughts on this matter and share it to your friends so we gather even more voices, after all it's not when remaining silent that we can get heard.

Thanks for your attention and time.
If possible let's try, together, to make sure our experience in Eorzea is the less frustrating as possible :3

Absolutely agree. Doing 720 fates in a couple weeks to fill the void of waiting for Dawntrail only to see I need to do nearly FIVE TIMES the number of that just made me angry. A reward should not be do more of the same thing except even more tedious!

Doubling the gemstones for hitting the cap is a great start, and FFXIV in general could do with less 'grind your life away' achievements for such tiny rewards.

If the rewards don't appeal to you, then don't do the content or achievement.

The grind achievements exist for the players who enjoy grind content. It's not going to be right for everyone.

While the rewards seem small, they add up very quickly. One of my FCs was FATE farming last weekend and everyone was making trips to the gemstone vendors to buy things because they were close to capping. The time goes by quickly when you have a group of friends to farm with.
