i am not receiving tomestone of poetics

i recently had to start again on a new service account due to steam drama, i have bought and used a story skip token to get into HW, and i also bought and used a job level up token for Paladin, I have put a good number of hours into my new game, Only to find out much later that I am not getting tomestones

I asked for support and they told me they don't provide hints..

i believe this is in error, its even stumped the novice network. im not a new player. i have well over 1000 hours accumulated over 3 accounts.
on this account I have two level 50 classes and one level 80 class and im in heavenward right now. i fulfill all requirements as i know them, according to square's own resources.

despite this, the game is failing to deposit "Allagan Tomestone of Poetics" to my character after doing dungeons that state they reward them.

That is strange. You can actually get poetics before you reach level 50 by killing Rank A and S hunts. Are you doing the dungeons synced?

Square Enix Accounts are in no connection to each other, they are not linked.

Please provide a screenshot of the Duty Description, when inside the duty / dungeon and the Chat after completed that there have been no Allagan Stones of Poetic granted.

This is no technical problem at all, it you assume this a bug, check the In-Game Bugs Forum. - Read the "Read this first" prior posting.
