Why not being able to change physical aspects such as length of the arms, hands, legs, nose, canines, chest, or the musculature, whatsoever. But the penis? I didn't know it could be quite of a frustration in a video game. Personally, I definitely need a vast choice of hairstyles / tints / tattoos... I want a unique character.

I liked how in Aion you could make your character odd looking. Personally, I like making my chars purty, but I think the more cc options the better.
