Option for other players to be invisible in leap of faith or private instances

Due to the recent bonus MGP event and launch of 7.0, many players had returned. One of the issues that I had encountered recently during peak hours is that the sheer number of players on currently running around made it difficult to see my character in the leap of faith minigame in the Nald'thal map. I had made many mistakes that were avoidable simply because I couldnt clearly see where my character was due to sheer number of players in the small area.

Hence, I propose an option for players to either temporary make other players or creating an private instance for each player.

its an MMO, the genre comes with other players, for good and bad.

might even say thats part of the challenge in that type of game. how is making everyone else "invisible" any different than the people that were screaming about cheating when it first came out and people got into a solo instance somehow?

Also i swear, i am not using the bulkiest armor possible on my Roe and standing on the edges in order to annoy people as much as possible when they jump.

That would be a horrible thing to do.....

also sometimes the game accidentally puts you in a solo leap of faith instance and there's nothing more boring than that

It would be very boring if I was in there by myself. Looking at the screen rain adventurers again during the acorn version of LoF is one of my guilty pleasures.

Just focus target yourself.

If you don't want many people around just queue up when the event has less than a minute left. You still get the full 10 min to complete and the rush of players will be much reduced since their 10 minutes will have largely run out.

Type /systemconfig, click Other, then reduce Character and Object Quantity to Minimum.

If you want to target yourself, type /target <0>

I dont think they need private instances, they just need options to hide all other players.
