UI Suggestion: Show achievement progress on the quest list

My idea would basically be to treat an achievement you wanna track closer like a "quest item" in the quest list on the UI. A lot of people are going for certain achievements after the questing is done and it would add to their QoL experience.

For example if you wanna track the 10000 A rank achievement, you'd see it in your questlist and the current progress for it.

The UI changes required would be:

- a checkbox at each achievement to enable you to track it
- the changing of the quest list to show the progress

Optional UI changes might be:

- a change to the journal to make it sticky

I think achievement hunters would appreciate it
