FF14 on pc has had a known issue for nearly 6 years, and that's how if device manager in windows detects any changes at all, even if the change is nothing and auto refreshes, ff14 will detect that, and then disconnect the controller in game for a brief second or 2 in order to detect the change as well. ff14 is the only game on pc that appears to still be coded like that, and i would like to know if they are planning on actually changing that coding in the future, ideally before or on dawntrail launch. It makes it hard to actually be able to use my controller to play, and while changing to mouse and keyboard is indeed viable, controller is just more comfortable to me and less painful on the wrist.
