



I hope they do get paid for overtime.Honestly, with under 4 weeks until release (isnt it), some staff will be pulling all-nighters too if Square is like any other software house. Anyone who has ever seen a release of any software behind the scenes knows there is likely a lot of very last minute clean-up going on, and I know I personally would expect be called to work many extra hours for the release date.
Weekends, even Christmas day, doesn't exist for me, if the release of the software I am involved with is close. Square will be the same, with a Japanese mindset on top to increase the work hours.
Unpaid crunch time can go rot in hell.
