    FIX YOUR MOG STATION FFXIV

    I CANNOT get my account to resub. I am trying so hard, managed to get 10,000 crysta in, but then its like NO, now we don't like the amazon payment method all of a sudden, and riddled with technical errors. I do the 180 days, but can't get that to work.

    :/

    I JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME AND ENJOY DAWNTRAIL. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS?!!! ;-;

    So you have the crysta in the account, but the account's not reactivating.Is that correct?

    If you already have Crysta on your account, you need to delete the previous method of payment you used (in "Register/Update Payment method"). Then you will be able to use Crysta as your payment method.

    Try deleting and creating a new payment method. Worked for me when I decided to resub.

    You will also need to have selected Crysta as the payment method for your account of you haven't already.

    You can only have one payment method active at a time. You have to remove the current method and then enter the new method if you want to use something different.

    And yes, they are when it comes to purchase and payment systems. That's probably the most common complaint. It's a pain in the neck trying to buy anything direct from Square Enix. If they made things easy for players to make purchases and set up game accounts, they'd have a lot more customers.

    They pretty much are. Friend of mine is trying to resub but for some reason the system tells him to correct his address, however he can't fix his address in the system, therefore it won't let him pay. Like legit it won't let him interact with anything at all.

    He hasn't moved from that address in like 20 years and has no plans to move.
