Hey guys, my Fall Guys account got suspended.

Has nothing to do with Square other than them having a Fall Guys collab, but therefore I won't ask Epic Games support, only the people in this forum.

This is the catch 22 I am in with Sony, where I don't remember my PSN account, and SE won't tell me. Sony has been more than reasonable in this issue, but unfortunately, I can't remember the name. If I could only get the name I'd be done, but god forbid SquareEnix, divulge that information to the account owner who is, in fact, me, myself, and I.

That is a BIG RED FLAG for properly trained CS. They can't assume You are who You say You are. Social Engineering is a real problem for CS to deal with. Something as innocuous as an account name may not seem bad... from one call to CS. Then there is another call to a different CS agent. I have ********** account name, but I can't remember my password, and the e-mail address is no longer in use. Now a legitimate account is stolen, and is in Limsa spamming gold sellers. Something similar is why I no longer have my old account.

I sent email to Mountain Drew ask why I have been banned. they said to fix the problem you have take pictures of the caps to provide i wasn't cheat with the Mountain dew prize codes. I threw them out because I didn't know. I was going need them again/ they banned me because I went on the mog station and try to put in the mount code. I got from their email. I didn't know you have to wait for Dawntrail early access, to use them. so their stupid system thought, I was try to hack the mount in the game >.<; I guess won't be able to get the other stuff for the FF14 promotion. because I don't have the stupid caps anymore. to show them I"m not cheating or a hacker

This sounds confusing, Are you saying that you tried to put the mount code in on the mog station and you got banned from the mountain dew website? That sounds odd because the mog station has nothing to do with the mountain dew website and of course if you try to put the mount code in now it just says it's not available (until early access for Dawntrail). But I don't see how putting the code in all that would affect your account on a entirely different thing.

I am also confused. Does this also mean you were able to get multiple Mountain Zu codes before they banned you?

It's at least worth letting people know or even SQE know this is happening, in the event that this collaboration becomes as big a mess as Grubhub; so they would know not to partner with them in the future or if they did so again, the playerbase would know not to engage with it.

Slightly different situation myself - putting this here for anyone else that finds themselves here with the same situation.
I was getting errors when trying to make a new account or enter in codes.

Turns out my issue was with either Firefox directly or one of the plugins installed (adblocker plus probably) I didn't troubleshoot too deep before swapping browsers to try that.
That worked - swapped to Edge and was able to create my account and put in my cap info then.

Probably not going to help with those who're already blocked or suspended(sry)
- but I'm guessing it might be the Cause of some of those blocks/suspensions and may help some others avoid a similar fate... best of luck to you all in getting your accounts fixed.

I had issues with the first code I got from a regular Mountain Dew bottlecap because of the way those caps are. I wasn't suspended tho but I did have issues with that bottlecap's redemption. I had 0 issues with code red bottlecaps-they were easy to read and that is what I intend to buy to get the remaning pts I need for the mount.
