    Mountain Dew Suspended my Gaming Rewards Account

    I registered two codes, was about to register four more to get the Zu Mount, and it said my account is SUSPENDED.

    WHY?

    I have barely even used it! I'm also not doing anything that would warrant that.

    Square Enix should make sure that people can actually get the codes if they are available. This is stupid.

    It is worth posting because they are doing a promotion WITH Mountain Dew, and if Mountain Dew does nothing, and people get screwed out of the proportion then SE is a bit responsible for their partners.

    I haven't been suspended, but I have had several codes with "Something went wrong" messages that weren't accepted.

    Discuss this with the Mountain Dew folks. Square Enix has zero control over accounts created by third parties on third-party websites. I'd personally check my emails to see if the account was validated.

    Square Enix's responsibility during the promotion is to provide Mountain Dew with codes for the things you want from the Mountain Dew website. It cannot troubleshoot your problems with Mountain Dew itself.

    Nope, I am on the West Coast, of the USA. I registered three bottle caps and then got an account suspended message out of nowhere. It sucks. :/

    I got one for a day just from hitting enter 2 times after entering a code. Got another from entering 2 bad codes from their caps. I hope SE never has another event tied to Mountain Dew again.

    This is the catch 22 I am in with Sony, where I don't remember my PSN account, and SE won't tell me. Sony has been more than reasonable in this issue, but unfortunately, I can't remember the name. If I could only get the name I'd be done, but god forbid SquareEnix, divulge that information to the account owner who is, in fact, me, myself, and I.

    I think its on mountain dew side. you got Report it to them. i try to log in to put in a code. it said, i was banned for putting in an inappropriate code. on their bottle caps. the last time I put in a code. it might be Mountain drew has their security on their site. very sensitive. thinking the letters and numbers is spelling out a Inappropriate word and banning us for it
