    Still no fix for Visa Card use on Mog Station?

    Looking to renew my sub and this issue still isn't fixed. Name a more iconic duo. Square Enix and garbage websites.

    Any ETA on the fix on this?

    I am frustrated with this as well. I tried reaching out to support, but didn't get much of a response. Basically using Amazon Pay as a back up alternative. Would love to see a resolution on this soon.

    We do apologize for any inconvenience this payment update has caused you and your fellow adventurers. Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forums. In order get the proper support, you will need to contact the appropriate SQUARE ENIX Support Center (North America/Europe or Japan) depending on the region of the account the issue is occurring on. However, based on the responses it would appear that you and your fellow adventurers have already been in contact with the appropriate support team and that some form of troubleshooting was already provided but the issue still persists.

    This is being looked into and there is currently no ETA as per the announcement.

    We suggest following up via the ticket submitted with the SQUARE ENIX Support Center in the event they may require more information regarding this issue to be looked into further. Outside of the suggestion to use an alternative payment method as the Support Center has suggested, we would advise to periodically check the lodestone for any updates regarding this and other possible related concerns.
