Additionally, please note the described event did not begin until May 23rd, 2024 at 01:00 AM PDT. Please check again to see if the associated NPC may appear now.

If the issue persists and you believe the issue to be a bug, we advise to post in the bug forum.

If you already participate in the event before, simply to to the Gold Saucer and near the aetheryte should be a NPC to teleport you to the event location.

Considering you have minions from the event last rime, I think DarkArvans information is going to be accurate.
For the record, the pormotional page you linked does contain the following information,

* This event is identical to the one previously held.
* Players who have already completed the quest during a previous event release may immediately resume playing the collaboration content.

So just go back to it at the Gold Saucer. Happy falling!
