Remove moggle tome events from frontline

I suspect the event attracts more players who have no interest in taking orders. They would rather make their own decisions.

If they're in it for tomes, then it should make sense to choose the option that increases their chances of winning, but that can be hard to understand.

I didn't suggest they follow me though, just stop doing anything at all and they've added 80+ points of value to the team.
