ARR MSQ: Been in the queue for 5 days now for mandatory dungeon

How I'm supposed to play this game when raids are mandatory for progressing and literally nobody queues? I've been stuck in this same quest since last week Thursday. I've tried to switch realms but no luck. And today I've had the game open since 7am just to sit in the queue while I've been working and I'm still waiting to get that queue to popup.

Your server is on the Dynamis Data Center, which has a relatively low population.

I recommend Aether.

Alternatively, you can try to manually recruit other players with the Party Finder. If you're on the Free Trial, you cannot create party finder groups but you can join ones started by other players.

All main scenario-required dungeons are now available to run solo using the Duty Support system (it uses NPC fighters that follow along with you that fill the other spots in the party). If all that is holding you up is completion, that is an option to use (yes it might be slower, but at least you'll be able to complete it).

Now, if it's a trial battle or the Crystal Tower raids (which the main scenario also requires), then that might be an issue (as Duty Support is only available for a select amount of story trials, and no raids at all), in which case I second what Moomba above said. But otherwise use Duty Support, as that is it's whole purpose, to allow you to do the main scenario if you are finding it difficult to get parties to help you with story dungeons.

EDIT: I just noticed you indeed said 'raids' in your post, so I assume it's the Crystal Tower you're stuck on (which indeed sadly requires a party). As Moomba said try using Party Finder (especially if you Data Centre travel to another, more populated, Data Centre server) as usually people will jump in and help if you're polite and ask (and offer to pass on all drops as a sweetner). Either way, don't give up!

I'm going to assume you're referring to the Crystal Tower raid.

All worlds on the same data center share the duty finder queues so just switching worlds won't help. Too many Dynamis players automatically travel to other data centers for roulettes now, and that makes it hard for Alliance raids to fill naturally on Dynamis.

Mentors in the Novice Network (if you've joined it) have been good about helping to put together Crystal Tower runs in Party Finder to help Dynamis players get them completed without data center travel. Or as the others have said, you can data center travel to one of the other NA data centers to complete it. While Aether tends to get recommend, wait times on Crystal and Primal aren't very long either.

The good news is that this is the only raid that is required for MSQ progression.
