    Not High enough to equip

    I hope I put it in the right place. if not I am sorry..

    I accidently took off or deleted a job tool.... of the hand.... and well I bought a new tool but it is telling me not high enough to equip. I have tried lower and higher of tool and even changed jobs but I cannot get to tool to equip.

    Any Ideas?
