NPCs/PCs not loading.

Greetings all,

I originally started the game at release then quit. I decided to come back to the game recently.

I logged onto my character to start playing again and I noticed that all the NPCs and PCs don't load. Sometimes they do, but then they disappear. No matter how long I stand there to wait for them to load, they won't. I thought it might have been my graphics set too high.

I lowered my graphics down several times, including on the lowest setting possible and they still don't load. My internet has good speed and my computer is new. I downloaded the benchmark program and I pulled a 3413 rating.

What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help? I never had this problem on my old computer, that was obviously more crappy.

I was doing a battle leve and I was okay for awhile until the last 2 mobs. They all disappeared and of course, I died because I couldn't target anything, even with tab. I returned back to my start area and nothing was loading at all.

Please help.

In town, I understand, because of the 20~ character load limit... but actual leve mobs disappearing?

Make sure your bios/gpu drivers are up to date.
Otherwise, you might need to reinstall...

I could completely understand if it was in town as well. But, even regular mobs out in the middle of no where disappearing and aren't loading as well. I will try to reinstall. Thanks for the info. If this doesn't work, I will try to see if anyone else knows what to do.
