I can honestly say I’ve never wanted that and would never want that. Bethesda learned that lesson with the criticism of Fallout 4. The voice actors did a fine job, especially with what they had to work with. But when you’re making a character that represents you, nothing takes you out of it quite like having some predetermined voice come out of your mouth. Especially when it doesn’t at all match what you had in your head.
Aye, the feature most character customization in RPGs tend to miss,
The personalities or the behavior and mannerism of character.

Especially both animation and dialogue choice play a huge part to reflect your character personalities as well, like,
How you walk or run,
How you hold/draw your weapon,
How you converse with other,
Etc etc

And that haven't factor the voice diversity as well, some player has a really niche voice for their own WoL in their headcanon, so niche that there is no current voice preset can't match at all.
