Mountain Dew Codes

Anyone else having problems with the codes not working. Today tried putting in 6 codes and only one of them worked for 100 points from 20oz bottles bought today.

I think only four oddball flavors work. Isn't there also some kind of time-gating thing on the points too, like bottles that were on the shelves for a long time might have codes that were for a previous rewards period that the system will no longer accept?

There might be different campaigns, only the "Xbox Gaming" ones work, there's some other mountain climbing thing and the baja blast promotion that have different codes I think.

Looked at the bottles date code and all of them expire on the same date. Just think there giving out bad codes.

They have to be bottles with the Xbox "Unlock Gaming Rewards" branding on them. Not all flavors have it. I had no problem finding bottles at places like Walmart, Target and convenience stores.

I was able to enter the codes with out issue. Was also able to redeem the points and almost instantly received an email with the code for the mount (with a note saying that the code will not be redeemable on Mogstation until early access for DT starts on June 28).

There are 4 special flavors that apparently are retailer exclusive. I tried a few of these stores (Walmart and Dollar General were supposed to have them), but did not see them. These special flavors have codes worth 200 points if you can find them, so you only need 3 bottles for the mount instead of 6.

Yeah unfortunately the reward items aren't available until Dawntrail early access. I don't recall reading or hearing about this anywhere until after I redeemed my codes.

The video said it's an exp boost, so it's either a normal food item, or possibly one of the housing furnishing food items.

There's a pineapple flavor one called "Maui Burst" that's supposedly at Dollar General stores. I went to a few Walmarts and Dollar Generals the other day and didn't find either though. Might have found them if I kept looking, but after you visit a few stores, it's just easier to buy 3 extra bottles of the 100 point flavors.

Sadly as a Canadian, I don't get to get the codes. STUPID EVENT
